Along with extreme power these juicers are capable of extreme speed. An 8 oz. glass of juice can be extracted in 5 seconds!

Lower speeds make juicing leafy vegetables and soft fruits simple. Higher speeds make extracting juice from more dense foods such as carrot efficient. Variable speeds maximize optimum extraction.

Stainless steel micromesh filters and blades are standard on some models. Stainless steel micromesh filters ensure lump free juice. Stainless steel blades are renowned for holding their sharp edge even with frequent use and since stainless steel does not rust so there is no possibility of metallic residue in the extracted juice.

Elite models of the Breville juicer fountain are equipped with titanium plated cutting discs providing for a very long, sharp cutting life.
