Why would you use juicing for weight loss? The simple answer is that juice fasting is a speedy method for shedding unwanted pounds. When you first begin your juice fast it is possible to lose as much as 3-4 pounds daily.

Quick foods such as burgers and fries are a common source of high levels of fat. These fats not only contribute to increased body weight but to health risks such as elevated levels of cholesterol.

Juicing for weight loss eliminates the starches, processed sugars and fats so prevalent in our diet today. Maybe you have tried other diets only to relapse to previous eating habits. A juicing diet needs to be a change of lifestyle, not merely a temporary dietary change.

Once you have arrived at your target weight, continue juicing to benefit from the nutrients and antioxidants. Perhaps set aside one day a week as a juice fasting day in addition to your daily juice.
